All these quotes are from LM in this thread !!!

the only attack i made with the new account was took ur planet,

few hrs later i changed my mind and again started to use my old account.

Is there a time limit when trading accounts because it seems to me, old account was used to attack, then new account, then back to old account in a few hours, clearly multi-ing for a short time.

i did not know that i would plan on not keeping that account and so i continued as i would in any war.

dude dont u understand my posts?? i was planning on keeping the account and using it in the war and switch my current account with it.

and thirdly.. ODIN i was planning on ditching u and ur alliance once my trade was complete

Ask yourself this, would u tell ur alliance leader that ur leaving the war, changing ur accounts and ur ditching them to die a sad death.

At least get your story straight, going to use the new account in the war and abandoning your alliance and sneaking off into the night, which is it ?
Also if the PM I've seen were from you, they were obscene

and now i am planning on selling my account to a friend, and going away from SGW

Well LM217, your not the first to pull this kind of stunt and you wont be the last but as a deterant to others your account now has no resale value because if admin dont ban you, then FS will sit on the account.

this is thread where he was trying to sell the account that he had gotten from tin, so he had position of the account, while holding position of this other account. weather he was using both at once, or switching back and forth, it is still multing in every sense of the word. The fact that he had the account, posted for the sale of it, used it, put it into perg, and then returned it, well thats just bad form.

firstly, i agree with most of the things said by cyberblade. but, the planet i took had 0 def and if i remember it did not lose anything, i talked to FS and they were demanding stupid, not possible things. Major demanded i return the planet built up to 20 k UP, i think when i took it she had 17 UP on it. secondly DHM demanded 10 dual planets.-- WTH

i was ready to agree with major's demand and was going to return the planet if i had kept the account.

secondly tin's account until it was under my command had not been massed, before i gave the account details away it was still not massed, so i am not responsible for any attacks on that account, the only attack on that account was made my DHM, and kill ( both were recon attacks using only 1 attack turn)

so read cyberblade's msg, and u will understand what i was thinking during the time i took the planet.

Halamander, the thread u are refering to is my current account, My ORIGINAL Account. i did not put tin's account for sale. but anyways, even if i did.. that does not help anyone prove that i am a scammer. so tehre is no point in posting that up.

Mazzanine, R u telling me that ur alliance will sit on my account just because i took a planet from one of ur player while i was in the war against you. read all the posts made by me and that will clear things up. i did nothing wrong, i attacked while i was in war.

and to every1 else.. this THREAD is accusing me of being a scammer. not a cheater, not a multi. so plz again stay on the topic. if u wanna accuse of me being a multi or a cheater make another thread or just report me to admin.. i know i didnt do anything wrong.

I think all reasonable persons have noted by now that ladiesman 217 is NOT a scammer. I therefore suggest that any other conversations be in their appropriate threads-not here.

Also, having determined that ladiesman 217 is not a scammer I believe this thread should be deleted-as to not influence anyone falsely (as its title alone would do). Mods??

I would respectfully request this thread remain open untill Tintsel has the time to respond and while new info comes to light.

You are probably right. Ok-Tintsel-the account was returned to you without him stealing things from your account right? (you getting massed does not make him a scammer-consider it a lesson for giving out your login credentials-which you better have changed by now)

regardless of whether cheater, scammer or mulity, what i have seen says that Odin and the Collective had little or no knowledge of it. i will wait to see what admin ( if and when they do) have to say

dude, how many times do i have to say this. What does odin or TC having to have knowledge of my trade have anything to do with me being a scammer. it doesnt make sense. they have no connection what so ever.

what admin will be evaluating this situation, does he or she know about this thread, and my side of the story??

and guys.. when i spoke to tin, it took him 2-3 days to log back on his msn. but if u guys still wanna wait for him then do so, but i assure u when i gave him his account details back i made sure nothing was wrong with the account, and no attacks were made to him other then 1 AT recon attacks made by DHM and kill.

wait as long as you like from admin to give a full solution to this situation but i will not take this insult, atleast change the topic title tin or mod.

Please FS do not suggest that TC or TGR are Cheaters or we help them with the knowledge they are cheats.

Also Please tell me if those messages you got Major where from Ladiesman217. (the Disrespectful ones)

In this one, about half way down I say 'thanks for giving the account back even if you did scam me' then he replies with 'i felt bad, i told you'. He then goes on to say he won't do it again.

No matter how remorseful he is, he has lied to us all and scammed me. Here is more of our coversation:



In this part, I try and get his ingame name, but he says' I don't want to be known as a scammer yet'. So he clearly knows he is a scammer, just doesn't want everyone else to know.

Here is a good one. After I got the account back and talked to DHM, he then threatened me:



He had more conversations in which he said he didn't send money over paypal but I forgot to get a picture of them.

I'm sure these pictures are enough evidence though.

@Ladiesman - You lying scum. How can you come on here and talk that **Filtered** knowing full well what you did. Multier and a scammer.

i will say this, those convo although seem correct there are some things in it that are false or easily photoshoped.
for example, i didnt say "i dont want to get my name out as a scammer yet"

i did talk to tinsel. but there are things on it that i did not say. i can my self easily make a FAKE convo if u want me to to prove my innonce and deny anything that tinsel says. again, these convos can not be proof becuase i dont agree to them, although there are things i said some of the things on those chat logs i did not say.

and + even if i did admit to scam u in the convos, u STILL HAVE UR ACCOUNT and nothing is wrong with it. how can any1 call this a scam.. do u even know what a scam is tinsel? if i had not given u ur account back or taken the 4 mill uu taht were in it, then it would be considered a scam.

and again if u guys use those convo screeen shots as ur proof, then i will give u my screenshots easily made on photoshop, and any1 can do it. soo. if u guys agree and use this convo as ur hard core proof, then i my self will come with some hard core proof easily, it would only take 5 min.

Becasue Clearly, i do not agree that these are the correct logs.

if say i was a scammer, and i got the account from tinsel, Y in the world would i give it back'/??

even if i give it back, i would take the UU in it if my real intentions were to scam some1.

as ive said before i would never do such as thing and although some part of those convo are correct, not all of it is.
