Ah now, I figured out why I disliked the tone of this thread. You're looking for conspiracy theory material. That being said, I no longer take half the stuff you say seriously.
I'm sure your response will be worded in a different manner, but it most likely follows the gist of "The capitalist pigs are lying to you and taking over the world". Cue the entrance of the NAU.

Though honestly, while It would hurt, your a little arrogant to think you'd drag EVERYONE down with you...
We supply everything from the local coffee shop to the most powerful global companies. We'd take EVERYONE down.

So true. Luckily, this one will fall before it causes any more major damage to the rest of the world...I hope.
impossible.
Our economy is so powerful and other nations so dependent upon our products, business and economic stability the world economic structure would crumble if the US truly fell.
I'd survive it lmao I only get Sony japanese stuff built in China so I don't really care, music and movies from US I have already some I can survive without it!
As for cool cars Europe is doing well as do Japan so nooo not everyone would suffer

.
I don't have shares on multinational firms so I don't really care about it that much.

I'll consider buying when the drop down will start, as most of clever will do, selecting the most profitable shares with the least risk to be in bankruptcy. Ideal ratio and here I come, blame my studies for this way to think

Pops, I hate to brake it too ya--but the drop down already started. The US economy has been failing for a while now, and the value of the $ has been getting weaker and weaker...
At least, as a currency trader myself, that's how things look on my side. I haven't actually researched any of it, and I actually prefer to stay away from news and politics and all that...so meh.

Japanese economy is so tied to the US that it would fall even faster, china's would go as well.
Heres how it works:
The United States is the largest consumer based society in history, we buy more from all over the world.
Our economy falls, millions out of work, foreign shipments end which therefor puts all those pretty little off shore factory workers out of business with a hefty chunk of shipments no longer in ordering.
China's factory's fall and their unemployment falls even more, thousands of those little stall workers selling cheap things to tourists go out of business their customer base gone.
High tech manufacturers in Japan and South Korea would lose 90% orders for manufacturing from companies such as Dell (the highest bought computer company on earth)
Countries who's economy i s directly tied to the dollar would fall, Oil based economies would no longer have their biggest market, as i said before. Everyone would go.

Meh, the current world economic system is bad anyway...it might be better if the whole thing fell, so something better could replace it.
What? I can hope, can't I?
*crawls away from all the cold glare attacks*

That would be because millions would die of starvation, suicide, disease, crime would be rampant those who had the most brutish power would take over and the world would be a terrible terrible place.
Science would fall down a new dark age, we would go back to the cheapest way of manufacturing power and pollute our environment even more now that the country would have to run off at the most in continent resources.
So yeah; your hoping for mass death, poverty and chaos. Nice wish.

I was actually hoping for what might come after that, but that would mean I'm assuming that humanity would learn from they're mistake...and we all know what happens when we assume (plus, the fact that I bet on it should be enough for me to know better...). <_<

I fear Apadamek is right on this one, humanity go always on the wrong side of reaction needed to adopt.
Fear and panic is one of biggest defects of humanity. It can causes dramas and chaos.

Well, chaos isn't really a bad thing. How humanity tends to use it, now...that's usually a bad thing.
