none of them actually are empires..
An empire is where one state RULES over the others through military and political might. Oh and they generally have an Emperor.
These 'empires' are friends, allies, comrades, they are branches of one master/original alliance. There more like a consortium, a grand alliance with sections or maybe even a hive..
but to stop being a picky bugger...id say Omega. Original bad asses.

No you fail to see the point...
We here are mearly representetives of our Roman ppl...we are mearly soldiers generals, senators etc...
We have many slaves etc and have conquered many lands...
Sometimes you just cant see it and it was always there...
