Silly Sods.

I found out it was all a "joke" about 15 minutes before the whole thing was shut down...

Nuto : In answer to your question, i came out of retirement for about 2 hours when there was noone online to help, and i assumed there was an obscene situation on the go.

Good question. Deserving of a better answer. :)
Though the question could be reformulated as follows:

so who of the 'team' wanted to screw Forum over then?

I believe asking the question is answering it, but I'll refrain from rapid judgement for once. :)

people in the mod team working FOR admin really shouldn't try to screw their boss over like that.

Its all a matter of perspective, those that did invole themselves might not have thought it would cause much conflict of interest. Then again that may have been what they wanted :?

They knew what they were doing when they posted my home address on the forum twice.... that was taking the joke way too far!

They also knew what they were doing when they posted a screenshot of my command centre page displaying all my stats.

I'm not sure what is worse here, the fact that people would actually go along with Tokra, or our forum officials allowing it to happen,
personally when perusing the thread on more than one occasion there were Mods online who could have closed/locked/moved or at least done something in order to stop the perpetration of this extremely puerile hoax.

If Admin wishes to ban the accounts of Jedi and and Judo, he should also make examples of those in collusion with them.

@ Jack, good luck mate, you've got your work cut out for you on this one.

@ Jason, step back and try not to take it personally, the behavior of these sycophants is intolerable, but not your responsibility. the responsibility here lies on the chosen members of your team who've allowed this squalid mess to unravel.

I can atm safely say that investigation is being done by several people in the mod forum. So far we all come to the same person(s) who are likely involved.

Atleast it shows that some of tthe mods still do whats best for game and forum and the investigation is interesting to say the least. I will let Jason or any other admin conduct the community when they see fit.

personaly, i think this went over any borders of good taste, reason, even bad taste.
Were i in J shooes id ban the whole lot, never to be seen again.
Than again i m the make an example sort of a guy...

But seeing the crap that went on lately.. and admin tryn to fix cheats while they claim hes helping them publicly.. and having to deny all that, while removing them, while preventing new ones of exploiting...
I m quite sure evry1 can see how a post like this can harm the comunity as well as the game. and J cant have that going on.. i m guessing.

It doesn't matter who was involved on the mod team, or who new about it, nothing will happen to them, even though whoever did know about it, SHOULD stand up and admit it, and step down as a mod as you do not deserve to be there.

Jedi couldn't post on the forums as he was already banned, he changed his name in game to Tokra, maybe he was banned by admin incase something really was going on. *thats between Jedi and Forum though*

The person who owns the account that changed there name to Tokra on the forums and posted all that crap, should be perm banned from the forums and all of the games ran by Forum.
