FS Fess UP!!

Firstly I never said he didn't have a g/f..read my post. But he did use her account while at the same time using his own. His own words! Not mine! So if STI can be banned on HEARSAY, he's actually admitted to doing what they were supposedly banned for.

If I were Freespirit, he wouldn't want me to come out with something else regarding those accounts. He should do the decent thing and own up. He's not going to be banned anyway..it was over 6 months ago. And that is the limit to forgive cheats. That little limit has saved certain others.

Reborn and co werent baned on hearsay, as it was pointed out several time, accounts were watched for quite a while by several players and later on admin, there were several indications of dodgyness, and after that while and several pms from sti in reborn form and other crap.. the accounts were "suspended" as the game data indicated that their behaviour mimics the multyn.

what i do find funny thoug is that it took about 2months of looking into the stuf to get them suspended, but it took you a 5 min convo, to get them unsuspended

Okay, the complaint has been made, and a response made. Now, if this all happened 6 months ago, or more, then why is it being brought up now? I said before that the text attachment means nothing without making assumptions - and all those assumptions can be answered/countered by FS's post.

It is hardly concrete evidence that FS has cheated - now I don't know why STI was banned - but I would hope it was for something stronger than this attempt against FS.

Furthermore, I don't like people making threats in these boards about exposing things about other people if they don't do something. When mud gets slung around, you usually find that some ends up on your own face!

The new bits are all well and good, but come on ETL, how many times in the past have 'MSN logs' and 'screenshots' been used in attempt to discredit people, and you have been the first to say that they can easily be faked?

Now, FS may have used his girlfriend's account, or he may not - I don't know - all I know is that he apparently had an IP exception for it. Other than that, it is impossible to conclusively prove anything else, no matter how many screenshots and MSN logs are thrown up.

So as I'm slightly lost... (wohoo for caffeine withdrawals!) I'm just gonna go with defending FS here...

Many people have family members with the same ips etc, but one can never truly know if one family member has signed into another's account. And you know what, without concrete proof you'd have to give most people the benefit of the doubt. Now everyone knows that STI, Reborn etc were banned for something similar. And I've been told that one of the guys who pushed for their banning was our very own caged spirit. But ok I didn't see it myself, so I'm willing to take it as hearsay.

Yesterday I was sent something rather interesting...read for yourself and figure out the implications..

I have since gained further messages that both accounts were used in conjunction by him in a certain little vendetta of his.

Nice neat chat log... but those mean crud these days... im sure that could be forged by someone with your prowess...

Now... lets go over what you have of substance here... an accusation... and a text file that's meaningless... wait, so you have nothing? no wonder your not going to admin with this... because you don't actually have anything to give him.

So you come crying publicly on the forums about this... after one of your members yesterday slandered someone else for putting something in the wrong place (*looking at no one in particular geisha*), but its all ok, because your the big bad ETL.

Anyway, the original post in this thread is hardly any proof and wouldn't stand at all in a court, in fact it would be laughed out of court before court even commenced.

I can see exactly where this thread is going.... people will accuse others, alliances will get accused of being cheats, insults will be thrown all over the place, warnings will be given.... the thread will eventually get locked.

STI was banned b/c he said he quit on this forum, and admin believed that the accounts banned were not being used by 'same good people' (his exact quote). Anyone who actually visited them knows they all live together, except on occasion.

As I've mentioned before, it's difficult to truly tell if someone has signed into their partner's/ family's account, unless u know their character. For instance if FS came on and said yeah my g/f lives with me and plays too, I WOULD give him the benefit of the doubt. But when he blatantly mentions he used BOTH accounts himself at the same time..it's words from the horse's mouth. And seeing as the ips match, admin can't do anything.

As I just spoke to him and I told him..he knows and I know nothing was edited. And yes i told him that what he did is small potatoes to what others STILL playing have done. And no I'm not asking for his banning from ingame. I just want him to take responsiblity. Do we all make mistakes? Yeah. Am I a bastard to alot of ppl here? Sure! But it's all about responsiblity.

I said on irc channel that wednesday when we meet with admin ill let him check my account my gf's acc if its still there (i have no clue)

Only thing i can be accused of is recieving all her goods when she quit. ETL made a point on msn about planets. Yes admin movedp lanets for me but im not sure wther its from my gf's acc or from my old acc ill have to ask him.

I am not admitting i cheated no matter with what proof you come. I did not cheta i know it, my gf knows it. I never accused anyone of cheating unless i was absolutly sure and had real proof to back it up. I am not gonna do this noww ether. Yes i can trow some names in from people i suspect of cheating but whats the use if i cant back it up?

I also request that a mod locks this pointless topic cause as etl said even IF i did cheat there will be no punishment so whats the use of this topic? Creating a argue? probly

It has nothing to do with slandering you. Certain people know if a member of Omega itself cheated I would do the same. You can now deny what you said, but you DID say it. And more than one person knows the details. And once again, I never denied you had a g/f. I'm not claiming you CREATED both accounts. All i'm pointing out is that YOU SAID you used both accounts at a certain point in time. Simple as that.
