I think more like 75mil, but he might have dropped army again with the plague...
I seen S T I at like 335mil last time I spied,but heard weeks later he was at 375 mil o_O

Well apparently I was wrong in how much people have now 300mil and over, not 3, and not 4 either I believe, might be at least 5 actually considering things and top ranks...

Rank doesn't depend on army size...
