We lost brain size (and weight) over past milleniums, because we stopped to live wildly. And created civilisations etc..
Women are equally able to use a computer to men, considering that stupid guys can go to internet and use it, it proves that once you learn how to use it, everyone can do it, if stupid can, everyone can.
For the question are men more intelligent than women, it's not possible to answer, because everyone is biased, and for a primitive defense of their kind, will claim that their gender is better than the other.
Though, it will prove nothing.
It's as stupid as trying to figure out, who between men and women, look better than the other gender.
