The best looking one is the asgard O'Neill class ship, I also like the asgard Daniel Jackson class ship, and of course it gose without saying that the ancient aurora class ships are the most powerful.

My favorite would actually be the Beliskner. Despite its obsolete status compared to the Oneill

Worst looking ships are doubtlessly Travelers, Ori and Replicators from that list.

My ultimate ship has to be the Daedalus-class from the Tau'ri.
Daedalus, Odyssey, Apollo, etc... These may be small compare to a Wraith Hive Ship, but the small always pack a punch.
