It is NOT my fault. No one has any of my log in detail, i do not share, i do not write down what else do i need to say to make people understand that it wasnt me being an idiot by being careless with my login information.
It is NOT my fault that i have lost 7.6 billion planets on ascended, 14 ascentions, over 60 days merlin, half my account and been left with 2mil usable uu. BOTH of my accounts have been completely stripped bare..oh and im a **Filtered** tauri...
So why do I have to suffer? I even bought another USS just before i went into vac mode for 2 weeks.
Am i truly getting the middle finger from this game that i have helped support?

Noone's saying that it's your fault
We're simply saying that it's not admin's fault as your login detailes could have been obtained in a diffrent way, not through game's database. One of possible ways is that hacker guessed your password, it could be that he somehow broke into your email and used forgot login thing (broke via secret question or again guessed your password), there are a milion of possibilities how someone broke into your account without admins fault, the only way that it would be admin's fault is that if he got game's database and your login detailes from it, however that's isn't likely possibility as I'm sure the database is well protected.
And that doesn't mean that it's your fault you got hacked

Said email is used nowhere else.
Getting that email would be as easy as guessing who im with then guessing what the email is, then guessing what that password is. Then it would require for the hacker to see if said email was linked to my game account. It would take more than trillions of attempts.

Perhaps when you bought the account you told the former account owner to change email to your current email? Maybe that's how he got it and, dunno, told someone about it or something like that?
I still think that acessing to that email was the way hacker got your login detailes as it's much easier to hack into email than game - in fact most of hackings occur through email being hacked and then your password being sent to email using forgot login button - I'm talking about games now of course. Dunno, just seems more easier to me even though I know nothing of hacking. As emails have secret question option and most of secret questions are easy to guess - ie Q "Your mother's middle name?" A:"None".

It is indeed shame that the game administrators screw players like that. i do realize that some people just abuse glitches, bugs and whatsoever in this game. But why the hell HONEST PLAYERS should suffer because of these?
Shornaal is long term player, he'd never abuse anything or cheat.
Even if you gave him who hacked him, how would that help *HIM*? Getting a revenge? Come on, only a idiot would do it so their real account would be exposed. Shornaal would get NOTHING out of this. He lost heaps and HEAPS of time with losing his 14 ascensions and god knows what else.
And the administration decides to not restore those who are damaged in such way?
Man, i thought that the community is going downhill, but it seems even the administrators lost the reasonability and sense for fairness as well.
Good luck Shornaal... you have every right to have bitter taste in your mouth. I know I would.

surely their must be come law that can help you shornaal, Im disgusted that the admins would turn their heads to this invasion. Now if it was another player that accessed the account, wouldnt this player deserve a banning?

My point is simple...Those that play this game and support this game and put up with the bugs and all the rest deserve better than the reply that was sent to Shornaal.
I found it elitist and impersonal . He ( we ) deserve better . I have had good dealings with all the admins of this game and I do not mean to impugn or insult them in any way...I am simply making a point.
Call it hacking or a simple password invasion , I do not care - that is a matter of semantics. It is the duty of the administrators of this game to do all diligence to help their CUSTOMERS...
I repeat, Shornaal needs to be made whole..the ability to do so is there, why not avail themselves of it ?
Also...it gives the game a bad name when people are diligent in password security to know that anytime a clever jerk can wipe away years of effort . The person guilty, once traced should be permanently banned if they play this game.

What's the point, friend? These will just buy new account and play under different means. No harm done. And yes, i know at least one player who was banned and bought new account and is even WELCOMED by the community back! 
Admins need to make strick policy... but NOT against honest, fair players, but against those who damage the game and those players who are fair while enjoying themselves.

ANYONE who knows Shornaal would have zero doubt it was someone stealing his account: attacking his allies or changing from System Lord ascended to TAURI unascended while he wished to get up to 20 ascensions is obvious proof it was someone else doing it (I say that because in past already been few cases of "fake hacking", it's obvious here it's not the case as NOT ANY benefit comes from that one).
I think ascended levels (in main)/merlins(in main) AT LEAST should be given back.

That common law crap would never hold up, of course the admins are responsible, it all comes down to security, how many times does this have to be said
THE PASSWORDS FOR THIS GAME ARE STORED IN PLAIN TEXT AND ARE NOT ENCRYPTED FIX THE GOD DAM SECURITY FOR THIS DAM GAME ALREADY
Does that spell it out, you buy SS via admins markets, so you are buying into the game that is not secure, it is not common knowledge to a new player that the game the are paying into is NOT SECURE.

I would suggest for Clarkey to bring this up at the meeting to see if Jason can shed some light on the situation. I doubt I will be around, but in case I cannot direct him here.. it is always good to have a reliable person who is always there to bring it up.

Well, I would say this just sucks for Shornaal but the fact of the matter is this same thing has now happened to ANOTHER Deltan account.
Co-incidence - perhaps.
Co-ordinated strike at Delta - perhaps too.
Who knows but one does wonder.
