Actually, Tauri is the direct word for Bull in latin, if memory serves.
I thought 'Taurus' was direct for bull? But having just checked, it would seem to say that both are, depending on where you look. Which one is more correct than the other I don't know - having been some 18+ years since I did any Latin! Irrespective, the zodiac reference is still correct.
