Clarkey you da man.

Permit me to add my 2 cents. He was an officer of mine during the time he bought and sold his accounts as mentioned in the earlier posts but I never saw anything suggesting guilt on his account.

The only suss thing was a UP of 500 thousand but an army size bouncing around between 5 and 10million. I remember doing a few mental sums and it seemed he was continually selling units to plow back into UP. It was unusual but I couldn't prove any funny business going on.

He never contacted me from a second account and never asked me to help him in any way. Again it means jack now but I agree with the others - he seemed like a nice guy.

Hey, how "connected" are the accounts of Lost_Soul, and DarkAvenger 666?

If you look at my IP, and the IPs of my two officers, you would noticed that we had shared IPs in at least 2 or 3 places each. But that is because I am related to one of my officers, and the other is that officer's friend. We all live normally in different places, and occasionally can be found online at the same time. I'm only saying this as proof that some people do get caught using the same IPs. But also, another thing I'd like to throw into this.

If you are sharing internet with multiple other people through a router, if you don't have separate IPs purchased or setup, your IPs come out the same, or if firewalled well enough, your IP becomes the router IP.

Another way IPs can get confused are within school systems. The IP of the school internet system doesn't always allow you to trace it to that exact location. I've ran into the issue before that people thought I was from Texas or another state, OTHER THAN my home state.

Yeah right ok, and the fact that you keep lieing about who you really are (~Eternal~Darkness~) really does give your statement credibility. Ready to admit that you are him yet? Or do I have to provide more evidence... which I do have.

Clarkey, How often do they both log on at the same time, how many IP address crosses is this your talking about? And couldn't one of the accounts DarkAvenger 666 purchased have been from ~Eternal~Darkness~? or a former or future owner of that account? Sure if that's the case, he's still breaking the "Do not log in someone else's account" rule, but that said, lots of people break that rule, or used to break it. Plus, if the issue with the IPs was a while ago, why continue to claim he's cheating? If it was temporary, and hasn't been repeated in a while, then why continue re-surfacing past mistakes or issues? He admitted having formerly used the account of Blackhearted, and may have even used ~Eternal~Darkness~'s former or "current" account without knowing it. But, please try to be understanding at least a little bit, and consider giving info that can't be confusing to onlookers.

Because to say one account was DarkAvenger's account, then to say that the link between that account and another account proves DarkAvenger is guilty, makes the assumption that he owned an account that you yourself believe he owned, but where's the evidence?

(I don't think I said that last run-on sentence right...)

This all is still your word versus his. There is no proof on either side, unless one of you can provide substantial evidence that the other person is lying. Similar names is not substantial, and similar planet names or even races, doesn't automatically mean the other player using it is the same person. The issues of coincidence, and account trading are examples of why. (Someone who uses 666 in their name, likely would no the significance of that set of numbers, and could very easily think up something similar to what other people think up using those numbers. )

I have no idea whos accounts those are for One. Two i know that there use to be many people who played on this IP before i did and i mean MANY. and im not going suffer from there stupidity. ~ETERNAL~DARKNESS~, marf, and larryjoe were ALL froum accounts of the same person. 4 IP's matched ED and DA666. They both share the real life name of KYLE BOWEN. How many people in this game have the name Kyle Bowen and share the same 4 IP's??????????

Whether the account that was banned was newer and hardly used does not matter, for all we know it could have been sitting there to be used later on when the ID doesn't look so new.

Where is the MSN history, or reference to a deleted message that states Eternal Darkness was also named Kyle Bowen?

Sure I found references to "Kyle", but absolutely nothing to do with the surname of Bowen. Plus, there are tons of Kyles on the forums. I narrowed them down using the "multis" people in this topic and related topics were mentioning.

I don't know why you've suddenly appeared out of nowhere and defending DA666, however, I am happy to provide you the evidence you seek.

I have evidence that shows Eternal Darkness is named Kyle Bowen, however, I am at work at present so cannot do it until I get home. But I am happy to provide that evidence.

Ok, so I decided to use Paint instead of wait until I get home and use PS.

I have both darkheroyboy@live.com (Eternal Darkness) and darkavenger66613@live.com (DA666) on my MSN contacts.

I can look at both of their MSN profiles.

Is that enough proof that they are the same person, or do you still believe that there are two people in this game named Kyle Bowen, and have shared the same 4 IP's. Maybe one is an evil twin? Or maybe you now think those images are doctered?????

I just wanted to check if you had anything supporting that claim, because other than IPs, I wanted to see if any of your other claims held any strength. I can't check any of the IP stuff myself, so the only thing I could do was check on the other stuff. So, if what you say is true, I have nothing left to help DarkAvenger with. That "proof" you have, is likely not photo-shopped, so until DarkAvenger can come up with his own (very) powerful evidence against that, my case of supporting him will have to be over. (Because I have nothing left to help you with DarkAvenger. I checked everything I could related to the connections via IP as well as the claims of similar names etc. )

While all the others they were comparing you to were considered the same as Eternal Darkness, evidence supporting that, and the fact most of them had the same x-box live screen name, brought me to believe they were all one in the same. I didn't find evidence linking you directly to them, nor did I find evidence in the forums to mention the link between you and the other accounts name wise. But this final evidence from Clarkey, is the killing blow to my case. Good luck with your attempts to prove your point. I've exhausted pretty much all of my resources.
