Or....A good job and a life! - good job pays for naq, and cos he can buy naq he doesnt have to spend time...

Not really fair to say he has no life :)

If you look closely, he has bought about 10-12t this wave so far and done far less farming than most other ppl...therefore you could even say that he has more of a life than most of us!

Iv seen him far alot tho, plus spending real life money on games that arent even monitored by admins is a really big waste of money, you could of spent it better on things you could actually profit off or enjoy irl..if thee had one..

Shouldn't u guys be happy for Ace as he is apparently able to afford spending real $$ for a game?
Sure it sucks being beaten with $$, but if you know that those who are ahead of you all used $$ to get there, don't u take it as a win? I mean you can still be the best of those that haven't used $$ and being the best on an equal playing field is what really matters..True not everyone will know that, but what is the most important is what u know.

Seriously give him some slack, especially those that have used their own money on a game before.

Maybe he is a quadbajillion-air :P

Anyway, leave him be..he is not the first, nor the last person who has/will spend money on Q.

And hey, who says he is going to win? :D

I admittedly have spent lots of money on this game, and have a life, but what makes me the usual jag-off donkey tit is that I have never come even some much as close to winning Q...

That makes me an even bigger loserz than Ace...

I hope he does win, that way middle aged dufus pud-whackerz like me who plays this game for stress relief after long azz days at work can have the hope that one day little Affy can stop spending his $$ on pay-per-view porn and instead try to buy a Wave me-self... HAHAHA

I do wish that Admin would give Quantum the attention it deserves, the small period between resets and the faster pace of play, in the scheme of Affy's emptied SGW wallet my money has gone 90% to Quantum, and only 10% to SGW Main... Does that get any attention from Q Admin, doubtful.

BUT, I told one personally that this is the FIRST quantum Era ever that I did not donate at least 1 SS donation upgrade... (As PimpD says, the only real way to protest is NOT to Donate, or not to play at all.)
Admin seemed non-concerned, appears the most completely snot-dribbled monkey mucked up Era of Quantum since the Gambling debacle has somehow been one of the most profitable for Quantum... Go figure?? #-o

Next wave, instead of buying SS/USSs, just pay me $50 a week and ill give you more naq each week than you could ever imagine! :P

As long as you weren't lazy, I could almost guarantee that you would win - At least top 3!

Thats alot of smack talking for somebody who has had peace with me for the entire era Affy...

and hippy, I've already achieved what I set out for, to gain a decent amount of Glory to push me into the quantum legends, and to gain a big enough bank to be able to support myself in future era's without the need to purchase naq :)

Ofcourse a few more of these and you might just catch me :)

"What Does It Take To Win QW"

Well

Lots of Time and Effort put in.
Or.
Lots of friends to support you.
Or.
Lots of $ to spend.

All 3 is even better. And all and any methods you use at your disposal, (accept for cheating) is absolutely fine for bragging rights if you win. Some people whine about certain things being "unfair" but meh if you win its because you worked hard for it, and you deserved it. Well done to you.

We should have a QW winners little get together on MSN and brag to each other.

12ag. Legendary Winner of the Infamous Wave 6.

Naquadah Held At Quantum Vault 7,221,551,701,112
Maximum Capacity for Quantum Vault 10,442,082,562,560
Turns 24,361

I'm going to need to decide what to do with my naq soon, can't see any point spending it on myself.. No chance to win. Can't mass Ace... He polarised me..

Any ideas what it's worth? Might have to sell.

Should make the race for rank 1 more interesting.

@12ag '' Lots of Time and Effort put in. ''

Effort? the avg farm has 1.5 bill out atm, it doesnt take any effort at all xD

Though you do need speed, to be able to clear a page or 2 of them before magically someone tabbed ALL 1bill + farms spread over 84 pages in those few mins and not have any ''0naq gained'' lines in Galactic logs...
0naq gained lines means they didnt tab those you farmed so were tabbing at the time everyone was farming normally, which is... not really plausible...
oh well have fun with that tamper data... unlikely your gonna get caught anyway.

As for the top 10... It looks to me there is no real ''system'' in massing, if i attack 2 ppl with quite some mill plasma weps, one loses 1500, the other 20k.
I dont get it really... their techs r thesame.

I can do it.. I dont use tamper data.. or anything like it. Its just a matter of knowing how to do it.. and be willing to. Its much easier to go through and farm singly. But slower when your trying to use 25k turns...
Put the effort in, and you can increase your farming speed..

Avoiding 0naq gains has always been possible.. but is now fairly easy since we can see which farms have been hit recently... with the gal atk logs.

I'm not saying every1 is legit.. just that it is possible.

Man, I really wish it were Smack talking... That would almost mean this Era was getting interesting. But, sadly, tis not.

You are correct, it was poorly worded, although it made sense in my head in the context of this topic and referring back to my attempts to spend lots of money in Eras to place higher and yet, so far I have not seen any correlation to my final placing and the amount of money I spent. Hence, my thought process that while you are spending money and doing really well with it, I seem to spend money and it doesn't seem to change my finish.

Thats all, anything else you read into it is, well, your thoughts not mine.

All in the context of this thread, What does it take to win? (speculation), and I have long been a curiously interested proponent of the theory that could a Q Era possibly be bought, since way back. I really hope it works for you, it doesn't seem to work for me. What else could I call it? Winning? You spend money and seem to excel in the Era, I spent lots of money and stunk, that makes me more the loser that's for certain!

But hey, if we need to spice things up I am always available to bring excitement to what has to be the most long endured Era in Q history, and there have been many that lingered on, and on, and on, but none so as this one. However, usually when I start trying to liven things up 'Bad Affy' :smt077 comes out and I just get warnings and large chunks of my Forum posts cut out... HAHA
