Why is it SO MUCH an issue?

As long as people will hate perg people and perg alliances, those people will, logically and normally, try to be in top 3 players/alliances, just because they know they will get attention, and that they must be laughing a bit everytime they see topics about them being in high spots and how it's not acceptable to be so.
