It forgot Hatem Ben Arfa from France.

(well yes he was part of the preselected 30 players, but wasn't in final group)
Bad to not see Beckham or Ronaldiño in this world cup, could have been a good thing.
Also Ghana might suffer from absence of Essien, well, we will see soon enough!
I see the "elders" from Italy, Brazil and Argentina didn't make it.

I think you're right about Ghana, Jim. I think they will suffer from the absence of Essien too.

Such a bad thing, Ghana is one of few african teams who has a chance to gets throughout the first round, Nigeria has SK/Argentina to deal with and CI has Brazil/Portugal to deal with and finally Cameroon faces Netherlands and Denmark in their group...
However I must say that I really don't want to miss Group G matches...omg those are going to be Epiiiiic!
Portugal vs Brazil; Portugal vs CI; CI vs Brazil that's going to be AWESOME game no matter who goals!
In my opinion best matches of round 1 by game shall be (no order):
France vs Mexico
France vs Uruguay
Mexico vs Uruguay
Nigeria vs Argentina
Argentina vs South Korea
England vs USA
Germany vs Serbia
Germany vs Ghana
Serbia vs Ghana
Netherlands vs Cameroon
Netherlands vs Denmark
Italy vs Paraguay
Brazil vs Portugal
Brazil vs Côte Ivoire
Côte Ivoire vs Portugal
Spain vs Chili (Spain will provide very interesting stuff from round 2 until ??? - Portugal or Côte Ivoire vs Spain that's going to be **Filtered** epic match!!)

Let's just hope this whole tournament isn't made unbearable by those ridiculous vuvuzela horns.

You're gonna be watching it on the tv, be thankful, Soccer City last week Thursday 85'000 people most of which had a vuvu, my ears are still bleeding, it was awesome and on the bright side it'll drown out those annoying English and their 'songs'

=P

Firstly, Slovenia aren't going to win anything other than their game against Algeria.

Secondly, damn those Vuvu's. They're the most annoying creation on this earth. In the galaxy infact. What's the point in making a stadium sound like a giant wasp? Not only is it off putting for viewers, it's off putting for players to. They should be banned.

Hahahaha!!!
Bafana Bafana!!!!
We will drown out the sound of the support for any other team with our vuvuzela's!!!
Our company even had 5000 oof the damn things branded, and handed them out to all kinds of people.
lalalalalalala This time for africa!
We will probably lose every single match... haha will still be entertaining tho

It's the water it's too healthy.
If you want to blame someone for the vuvuzela's blame the British and their hunting horns which are basically the same thing just not made of plastic
Go France!

First match in less then 12 hours now!
GO Australia =P Their group has to be the tightest group though, yes theres Brazil, Ivory Coast and Portugal but theres one team there thats guaranteed to loose
and Australia chances are bolstered by the injuries of Essien and Ballack, and people are talking up Serbia, so really any team could finish anywhere in Group D (i think it was O.o...)
They were also saying when the groups are selected that it's a similar group to the 06 world cup
Brazil - Germany
Japan - Ghana
Croatia - Serbia
