but that would mean people would have rebuilt by then, it would actually be a war then again. Atm we have no war. If war ended and people rebuilt their accounts, i dont mind war starting again in future, so long as it wouldnt last 2 years again.

This is true but the way things've been going lately, there is less and less time between each server war to properly rebuild and meanwhile we'd just have to abide by the same **Filtered** we've been fighting against for so long and the new server war will last even longer cause people's egos will grow even bigger during that time..

I agree that it'd be time to end this war but on the same hand I realize that ending the war without prearranged conditions about disbanding all empires and preventing creation of empires in the future, would bring us back to where we are in a few months' time..

In truth disbanding the empires would be pointless, as even if someone is declared victorious there as no clear victory, and no matter what different sides would say, the loser would still be a similar size to the victor, and so there is very little threat for keeping the loser down. If they wanted to reform the empire there would be no fear of the victor. If you consider the scenario of a group of 20mil armies fighting together losing to a group of 100mils, then afterwards the 20s would think twice about reforming, as the larger side has the clear advantage, but if the 20mil army people grew to 100mil what is there stopping them, they dont have to be afraid of the people they lost to as they are on equal fighting terms. The thing is, the only thing stopping another server war would be the will of both sides of this one, if they can be clearheaded enough to stop it, resist restarting then this could work. For instance, no matter how this war is resolved. If another was about to begin, if the leaders could actually talk to the other side, discuss it clearly and decently, such as a 2 week, maybe a month war, it would show the stamina just as well as this year long war did, and should give a victor, and unlike this it should be fun for all. It could be the whole empire, parts of it, say pit single alliances of the coalition against each other and count the scores at the end, so the strongest against strongest, then the training alliances against each other. That would give a viable way, not so much of stopping another server war, but stopping another war of attrition.

Bout time someone stepped up to try and end that war.

good effort from a member of Mayhem, they were fun to fight alone how many years ago...
DDE, one on one was fun
days were alliances declared war, and the other side accepted,,, now there are too many alliances involved to matter.

I dont see an end, DDE/Omega broke nap with us first I am not HC so I dont know what the terms of negotiations have been.

I fought hard for 2 months, then settled into ppts and ascending,,, its not a war and not fun for most at this point, just ongoing massings for some and ongoing ppts and ascending for others.

If anyone figures a way to end this, I am sure some nice level headed players could raise a hefty naq reward

Good idea, although, The Task Force wouldn't ever join for one reason alone.

They'd actually lose legitimentally then have some excuse like those players you run into on many online games who lose, and say "OH BUT THEY USED CASH" or something like this.

i think maybe people are keeping the war on because they like farming the other side..?

That's one of the other reasons why their active players are putting up with the beating they are taking on the TTF side.

They get nice farms with low defenses, excluding some peoples.

or 6 months both times until they collected what they need it
and when they buid it they need few times to take it down

I seriously agree with this but harch would play for DDE and DDE would win so easily TTF wouldnt even get a king!

I think this is the best solution.

I think the only way to end the war is to reach mutally agreeable terms amongst the 3 High Councils.

the universe was indeed more intresting before server war, but i wonder who participants would be massing if it ended, - rest of the server? (well it's not like it's safe anyway so)
