No... he was an outcast who came back with more power.
REK and ETL are superior beings... and were never outcast.
They would be more like fully ascended supreme system lords.

it is easy to see the ones of old. They are revealed by their mentions here. Who amongst you command you these days?
being a relatively neutral party, we suggest you form a new system lord council.

And who are you to suppose to tell the gods a new one is needed. All you need to know is that ANY race gets to big, then the SLC,(wherever they be), will once again rise and destroy all those who do not bow to them

This section is slowly dying, and we have barely seen any posturing from you and yours in the recent months. We wish that to change.
It is a sad thing that it takes you more than two days to react to such a prod.
We are open for suggestions on what could bring more life to this section (and the other race sections)
