OMA DoO is involved in multiple wars atm, if you proceed with this you will be considered a vulture and treated as such. If you wish to proceed at a latter date i have no problems with that but at this time i see no reason for my members to waist time with you.

No outside help of any kind
All stats are free game
Planets are open for taking
200 bil defence to be rebuilt at each login
War to last 1 week
