As I said this account clearly has no human life behind it anymore and hasn't for some time.
That explains why there is no response to communications, no other changes to the account besides the increases in miners, defenders, MS and UP which are constantly the same increase per turn.
This script, whatever it is, had a purpose, but since then the owner has clearly left the account to rot with the script still running.
He probably has multiple accounts doing this.
Regardless, this account and any account related to this one needs removed.

Well he's on PPT which shows there is someone still running the account. Funnily enough the specific turn training has stopped since going on PPT. Either he's stopped it for the duration of PPT then will resume when PPT finishes, or the fact that he lost his defence and 35m spies and a message from me telling him i'm on to him has scared him in to stopping.
I suspect it will resume after PPT.
