It's because of the certain taxes on trains through london that prices rise when you go from there.

I found that it costs me £55 to go to Portsmouth from Hereford without going through London, going through it ramps it up to £70.


But hey, it should only cost me no more than £30 to get to Canterbury, looking forward to it.

First post updated with details.

So plan will be to meet at some kind of cheap food joint eg Weatherspoons, Pizza Hut etc. From there head to a pub, then another pub, then about 5 more then go to one of the clubs maybe then maybe even back to ours for after drinks or sleepy times.

Yeah westgate spoons is perfect really. Also was thinking maybe go bowling before hand depending on when people can get there etc. might be a cool thing to do.


Also might try talking to Jason about maybe getting an incentive. He gave the first meet a few hundred £ so maybe he can do something for us again.
