Beli, is it up to you to question his authority in DDE, in public too ?
You could ask that in PM too if your curious about what his role is in our empire.

And lith, we all know the general concensus of most our enemies is to take on the smaller ones in DDE, prefered DOC members even for that matter, when there is a fear of loosing too much resources . I guess those enemies are affraid the other bigger dogs in involved DDE branch might catch them in the logs ....
