I was referring to a certain context, the one going on in this thread. And I would argue that humor is often misinterpreted and not misinterpretation itself, unless deliberate, but that's not for this thread.

P.S. The context you're using misinterpretation and the context nostra used it in is completely different.

True, the two usages of the word are different - however, as per the part of the thread I quoted and commented - I was merely pointing out that humour can and often is based upon misinterpretation.

BUT argue that humour itself is often derived by using misunderstandings and misinterpretations that occur between different groups within societies; which is related but different to the way the humour is later interpreted by others, as it were.

Your argument doesn't say anything different. You just stated that the misinterpretation of the humor could itself be humor, essentially, and that humor changes through time. Take away the time and societies elaboration and that is essentially what I replied to you. This makes me wonder...what's the point to this conversation

Also JT, you know that i mostly agree with you in this kind of actions, but... also I agreed with you HOW to make this game more playable for new players or less skilled. If your gonna mass him just because you "can play game how you want" than dont start discusion about "how to keep this game alive and how to make this game attractive for more players".


Gaara, lets say you need more player in this game and to keep the game alive, so you can continue to sell resources. You wrote something like:

now you want to mass someone cuse "He didnt alowe you to farm his naq"... so... you or someone who asks for ID will mass his planets.

I concur with the fact that we need new players in this game - how ever, if players leave simply because they loose resources we don't need them here anyways coz obviously this isn't the right game for them.
