it also screws up those who are ascending, who don't want to buy big covert levels but store up naq to ascend quickly

well, my bank space is only like 1/3 of what it was before this update ... hope that gets fixed as the update says:
"The old bank maximums still apply - ONLY if one of the 2 minimums is greater than your bank maximum, is the maximum increased to the higher of the minimums."

ive seen clear instructions from the us tax code.
please explain using numbers

I disagree that this benefits big players. It benefits all players at their level. And if you want a bigger bank, get a covert (covert = ability to hide ; info, secret banks, etc) level increase...
Was this 100% necessary? maybe not. Will it hurt anyone? No. Does it address a couple valid concerns? Yes.
Anyway -there you have it. And was my idea
I was not going to discuss this one as (see above) it does not hurt anyone...and addresses a previous issue of mine in the alliance bank upgrade gift...
note: was having to have miners around really a downside? Did you not want them for income regardsless? If this is a real concern, a 'fine tune' can be a multiplier of (miner units / total units) ... so if you have 1/2 your units as miners/lifer -- and next covert is 2t you get 1t bank space...
but that seems unnecessary... unless someone convinces me otherwise...
so you do this update so all our NAQ COMES OUT !!!!!! and NO PPT TO MOVE IT or spend it and then say " it does not hurt anyone"

once all bugs removed, nobody has a lower bank than before.
and - as for 'sharing banks' -- just have one person raise in covert. then share their bank...same principle
this really should (once it all works right) help some, hurt none...

again, it is no different than before ... new MINIMUMS have been added.
nothing has been replaced.

I guess it means that if your bank size based on miners, PPTs, alliance upgrades etc etc would be bigger then your next covert lvl then you get your bank sized based on the former.
Problem is just, that obviously it isn't this way (yet?).

ah to be a level 39 covert, and not be on ppt right now.....all that lovely lovely naq just pouring out like water over a falls

of course i when on ppt, to avoid the short fall....illo give it a few hours to be debugged, but feel real sorry for those not on line, or with no ppts left

My bank went from close to 3qtrill now it is 412 trill and I now have about 6 trill out in the open ...... SO there SHOULD be a GD PPT in place untill it is fixed

i already had a bank space equal to the allaince needs, and am still ascending....you miss the point, some one got to build then a larger covert level then they need among starting players, and that will take a group effort and a waste of naq ....i don't think this really helps any one but the already ascended have space for the stupidly big covert levels that have already destroyed what some see as the old style of game play (massing vs sabbing)

so I can untrain everything, put it into regular attackers, and have a 800t+ (cause I have 37 covert), and not have any income to be stolen from me, and have no losses to be concerned of cause I will never generate enough UU to be worth raiding. Considering I can farm for 5 hours and get 2 times what I can make from income all week, Id say having miners means jack crap to me... except that it gives me bank space, but now no worries woot thanks Jason.

broker the naq to someone trustworthy (or ask for the same amount back) if you have leaking banks ... this way you don't need to waste a PPT because of admin messing around ...

I GOT TO BUY HUGE UP RAW ...WITH A BANK SIZE OF 1.6 TRIL ..I DON'T SEE HOW THIS UP DATE WILL HELP THE PLAYER TIRING TO ASCEND
