FS have had to make some changes to our teams but our first Team Battle is scheduled and others will be confirmed as soon as possible.

I would be interested to hear if any other alliances are planning to Team Battle each other yet ?

If you remember back about a year and a half ago..maybe 2 years. While the server war was on albiet near its end I hosted the war game series..team wars against a variety of alliances, it was a success..things happened that we were not able to continue, but we did have around 14 teams wars, and teams were matched as even as we could make them..I think it will work out. The trick will be being patient so all of the fun is not used up too quickly...perhaps make a schedule for months in advance and space them out. Just a thought.

1st battle to settle a farming dispute scheduled for next week

2nd for fun, still working on details

3rd for new player training, still working on details

If anyone else is interested to take on FS, let me know with what team and I'll try to give you a rough estimation of when we can play it out

It's actually two team battles now, due to some restructuring of strike teams I had to do. One over a farming/massing dispute, and the other for fun/training - both scheduled to start this market reset. Get ready to see some stats get roughed up peeps

If you mean ingame, then:

And if you mean forum, well, anyone is allowed to vendetta anyone in FS at any time. Or, if anyone's really mad at us, team battle it. It's a big change, and one that will take time to truly get implemented.

People are going to get mad at us for farming, and people are going to get mad at certain members in FS for their posts. Both situations, vendettas are allowed and even welcomed.

Plus, if you ever need anything solved - be it an issue with one member or with a couple - feel free to contact FreeSpirit (our diplo) and he can help set out start and end times for a vendetta without the issue becoming a ragefest storm.

EDIT: Our history has some bad blood, and I know both sides are doing what they can to move on from that stage of the game. I reckon it will take time, but I have faith in everyone being able to move on - and in some cases even get along.

The thing is, if you piss off 1or a few members this works, but not if you piss off 20+. I dont percieve anything happening over a forum post these days as we all talk **Filtered**.

Yea, but usually of those 20+ people that get pissed off only a few from both sides end up fighting while the rest get sat on. Maybe not immediately, but that's what ends up happening. It can't be helped with how the game is nowadays. BUT, like our first team battle coming up, if there's one particular person that a side is pissed off with, and the HC is willing to set up a team battle that person will be put in. If anyone from our side goes provoking something, they will be forced to back it up

If it's on a grander scale, HCs from both sides can talk, set up a bigger team battle. The issue is the long lasting idiocy, and regardless of how pissed off any side gets I hope the HC of both sides still have the capability of sitting down and setting up a duration period.

As it stands we're taking a page out of SS's book and going at it on a week by week basis. Set the duration for one week, and if anyone wants to continue it we go for another week and so on and so forth.

I agree, and restraining the more aggressive elements, in our members and our own personalities is not always easy, but I do believe it's worth the effort.

respected ... not hated, there is no need for tears, we are stronger than that remember our team talk?

Many in TL would be happy to participate in fun team battles in either server.

We just need a bit of notice to balance our real life commitments at present.
