Diplomatic Resolution Agreement (DRA)

Attempt to solve conflict diplomatically rather than resort to aggression in the first instance.
Profitable naq hits 20:1/ 5:1 and raids only on zero defs . DMU hits >300t.
This means you get 1 shot at the naq and if AB or MS make the attack defended you wear the loss and dont hit again within the same turn change.

No hitting anyone who is online farming.
No acts of aggression such taking planets, massing, sabbing, acing, destroy military, hunt assassins or descension.
War settings to be removed if requested.

Individual vendettas are permissible ( If approved first by DDE and FS HCs ).
14 days notice to end DRA

Now if Daku hit and lost, i refer you to "This means you get 1 shot at the naq and if AB or MS make the attack defended you wear the loss and dont hit again within the same turn change."

so Daku did not break DRA

then Rob3rt massed Daku then after declared Vendetta, i refer you to "No acts of aggression such taking planets, massing, sabbing, acing, destroy military, hunt assassins or descension." and also "Individual vendettas are permissible ( If approved first by DDE and FS HCs )."

so by the rules of the DRA Rob3rt broke two terms of the DRA and Daku broke NONE

Rob3rt if your complaining that we are still farming you (all legit hits as required by DRA so acceptable) then i refer you to "Profitable naq hits 20:1/ 5:1 and raids only on zero defs . DMU hits >300t" It is a "DRA" not an "NAP"

If you want to change the DRA well i guess you need to speak to DDE HC unless and i quote JT "Odd, Rob3rt is DDE HC so he does have full authority to authorize a vendetta on behalf of DDE." this also means that he has the power to overthrow or declare the DRA null and void?

Rob3rt said earlier in this thread his reasoning was "i.m HC and i mass who hit dde and not respect dra

So in conclusion FS have NOT broken DRA and in the past few days DDE have broken:

Daku was within his right to hit hugo and lose, he did not his hugo again that turn so did not break the DRA read my previous post

its only a fault if you actually respect your high command, saying what you said made them look dishonorable, that my friend, would be a fault, would it not?

the issue appears quite simple
"Attempt to solve conflict diplomatically rather than resort to aggression in the first instance."
this rule prevails any other, if broken it voids teh whole meaning of the DRA.
