As already stated in first post, and agreed on MSN with representatives of FS HC ( Me ) and Ricos HC ( HMV )...........


This war, FS-v-Ricos, will be to settle ALL current outstanding issues between current members on both sides.

Thats means when it's done ( after the 4 weeks ), all the former AA stuff, and all the Almost38 stuff is put behind us, and we both move on with a fresh start, hopefully with new friendships and a new mutual respect earned.



Also it was agreed to keep the flaming and insults out of this thread, so please cool it, damn we aint even started yet lol. Tomorrow battle will commence and we would like this thread used for polite war talk, good humour and clean fun.

Section Admins - who will be 'in charge' of the section in question. They will be responsible for the overall feel of the section, the setup/structure, and most importantly the community/users in the section. This will incorporate the old 'ombudsman' role. And insofar as the Section Admin is responsible for the users, they are also responsible for the high level mod behaviour towards the users.
So -as a user - if you have an issue with how you are treated, rules, bans, whatever --goto the section admin... They are there for you!

There is no 'reporting structure' in this setup -- tech, mod, and section admins are all on equal footing, each with their own (somewhat overlapping) responsibilities.
Mods report directly to the mod admin, and indirectly to the section admin for the section in which they mod.

lol i just noticed your from cardiff, one the our offices(for the company i work for) is based in cardiff. On the phone to them all the time ....(interesting fact for the day ;) )

I stay in scotland ....... it always rains here. One day i am going to move aboard where it is warm all the time :D

PS: Welsh birds sound hot btw ;)
