the members of DC can surrender any time they like, I've made that clear to Marshall, there are people in DDE who don't want to accept their surrender, but lets be honest, if they have disbanded DC the only other option is the eternal excrement list, and there's little point in that. If he wants to discuss the option, he can get in touch with me, or wolve or any other HC member (I'm the nicest)

As to whether 'nothing more will come of it' ... that remains to be seen, our diplomats will do their jobs (yes DDE DO have diplomats, lmao)

What is certain, is that neither DDE nor OE are puppets who will dance for the entertainment of the forum.

you can not leave a DC/DDE war and hide under OE alliance tag... not while I still have a war setting and I was in the first battles....

any DC members that I have a war setting with that try to hide under OE tags without an official surrender to DDE (leaving DC..ie) will still be massed....

until DDE HC tells me diff...
