TDD is the flagship alliance (The Dark Dominium), DDE is the collective name for all dominium alliances...

TDD, chaos and Bicska?
tdd and Bicska are both VERY active, chaos is alot of the NG accounts, and the ones that arnt might not seem like it, but they log and train often enough to be considered above average active.
Ricos im not sure about, Vishnu is active, not sure of the others.

But no MaYHeM and Jötunheim are not under the banner of DDE no matter how hard OE and TAF try to portray it so.
MaYHeM has been and always will be it's own entity. Also you forgot about poor ChAoS (you know mayhems training alliance!)
