+ ASC is already being owned new players have no chance at all to do anything to the top players.........People who dont wanna play Ascended server should be allowed to its just to much to lose eveything just because someone feels bored ..........

And for people who now gonna say dont ascend ........well then we might as well just quit the entire game non-ascended being can never match ascended ones......

Okay, main and ascension are linked, plain and simple.
Now we are talking about how much they should be linked in regards to vacation and such.
I do think that something has to be done about this.
I do think that there should be both, a limit in time as to how long you should be able to stay in vacation and both main and ascended should be linked for vacation.

I have talked with people that have ascended and hate the game but do it to get the bonuses for their main accounts.
I have explained to people countless times that this is a mistake and they usually laugh and say that they are on permanent vacation there and every time they ascend it just piles up as they have never logged in since they first ascended.
Now, I ask you, is this not exploiting the game?

If people want to be able to hide them just set up a limited ppt for ascension. You get one when you first ascend so the code is there.
I would say limit it though. Make it cheaper than a ppt in main and a ascension ppt only lasts for 24 hours or at least do something like it.
I understand people using vacation for their accounts to not be hurt and people do the same in main with ppt.

As to not being able to hide on the higher realms that we Gods live on, get over it, lol. There are many planes of existance and we learned that Merlin hid from the other ascended beings outside of our diminish. Not to mention that if the Ancients that control this galaxy or the Ori really wanted to hide one of their own away I am sure that they would be successful in that endeavor.

Now, as far as ascension being boring, well there are a few things that could change that quick.
Reduce the covert difference between people so you can actually tell who has DM rather than having to spy on over half the game and waste turns just to find any DM.
Also, in regards to being able to farm the amount of losses per attack need to be reworked also.
It is kinda pointless to go out farming when each attack may cost you almost half your strike planets for that one single attack even though you over power them by alot.

As one of the "longer playing, higher ranked players" in main and ascension (Mojo Rising, main ID: 7840, asc ID: 42), yes I am prepared to lose everything if descension comes. But believe me, the person that comes to descend me better be packing a HUGE lunch, because it ain't gonna be easy.

As one of the first proponents of the linked vacation modes in main and ascension, I wholeheartedly support this idea. If you are in vacation mode in one server, you are in vacation mode in both servers. That simple.

I also like the idea of being able to use your ascended account to further boost your main account. I think that it would encourage more people to play ascension. I don't have any concrete suggestions right now on how to do that but I think it would be interesting.

Folks, if you weren't prepared to lose stuff in main, you shouldn't have ascended. It's not brain surgery. If you get bonuses for ascending, it only makes sense that you lose bonuses for descending. If you are saying that you only ascended because you wanted power in main, well then you are saying that you ascended for the wrong reason and thus deserve what is coming to you.
