Bleach is very good, but Naruto and Bleach combined are still a fare ways from being the best. Escpecially Naruto...to many fillers. And bad fillers at that. :/
I have to say my fav right now is still Prince of Tennis. It's got two of my top 3 fav things all mixed into one - Tennis and Anime. 
Althoug, both tenjou tenge and samurai deeper kyo are riseing on the list. however, the manga version of SDK is way better then the anime. 
And I've only seen 6 eps of Tenjou Tenge so far...but i've read quite abit up into the manga. ^^

The top 3 things i care about are my gf tennis and anime, in that order. And of course manga is a very close fourth, and if people must know music(any kind) is 5...
NO. 1 takes care of both of the things you listed. ;p

i must admit, after seeing vols 1-3 of GANTZ it takes a lose second to ghost in the shell (movies and series's)
ive heard that GANTZ's ending is a disappointment. is this true? even if it is, i want to see it to make up my own mind. (someone once told me that Code Lyoko was a waste of time, but i honestly didnt mind it. if i just trust ppl's opinions and dont see it for myself, i might miss out. besides, ppl have different tastes.)

Don't know about favorites but these are the ones I have watched in the last 6 months.
Dragonball/Z/GT - Classic
Cowboy Bebop Movie - Like the atmosphere, esp the fight in the rain at the end.
Appleseed - Briareos is the man/robot/android
Ghost in the Shell - Classic
Akira - Classic
Excel Saga - Seriously weird, made me laugh when I wasn't disturbed
Rune Soldier - Made me laugh, when did you last see a guy beat up goblins with a boar carcass
Probably others but cant think of them.

okay, im getting annoyed. i have to wait to see the rest of an anime series ive been watching and this surpasses GITS and GANTZ for me.
1- Ergo Proxy
2- GITS
3- GANTZ
