i think if u arent a living god and your plan is ascending, buy spy lvl 22, no more, no less

actually... spy level give you APP... so it doesn't matter
and even if ascending ... investing isn't bad...

I currently have 22 spy, would buying 23 get me alot of AP next time I ascend? (enough to make it worth the 25 bil cost of it)
