For example, if you have a mega UP during your first ascention when uu requirements are lower it will cost you nearly a 3rd as much uu sacraficed to ascend in comparison to your 7th or 8th ascention.
The same goes for uu prices on the black market. Because uu is undervalued when you ascend in comparison to naq values already, the higher the value of uu goes up on the black market, the higher the 'curve' becomes where the UP pays itself off while ascending in comparison to the naq spent. This, ofcourse, doesn't take into account the actual uu's made via your UP, which if you wait long enough will pay itself out anyway.
