Well, having a new "paid" admin would cost money, which means if Jason thinks its worth some of the income the game generates, that could be a good idea.

If Jason think that he dont want to pay for this, than the only opinion left would be to create a team of very active and trusted players. This team could collect all the things that needs admin action, and make a report weekly to Jason. This would save much time for Jason, and he could spend that time dealing with those things.
A report would look like:

-reported hackers ( the more times reported ones are bold, short story for each)
-reported cheaters (since we only get like 3 cheater reports daily, and some of them is just "i got attacked it must be a cheater" type topic, the team could filter the real cheaters and give Jason like 5-10 names weekly (with short explanation), which is not that much to look after.
-Bugs (filter the real bugs from the bug reports and send Jason like 2-3bugs with explanation weekly)
-Other threads: here the team can mention whats going on in the game. There are always trends, like the planet stealing mutlies etc... This part could give an idea for Jason about whats going on, and what is better to concentrate on when it comes to updates.

I think this would give him a big help, and if he only solve the issues, check the ppls mentioned in this weekly report, that would be enough i think. This team could get an own email too, to help them filter the mass of emails flowing his way. So he only would have to read the real important ones.

How about this?

Bazsy, this is one of the best ideas i've heard lately! It would definitely bring some stability and order back into the game and would significantly reduce the pressure that is being put on the admin. If i can ask you, who do you consider or what do you consider a very active and trustworthy player? I mean people will surely be asking this :)

Well thats secondary, there could be a volunteering, a public voting, than the first 10-15would have to write a short story about themselves and admin would pick 3-4ppls.

So that team must have to be double filtered. First by the community and second by Admin.

That would be extremely hard to get people to choke down. There would be constant rumors swirling of cliques, abuse of priviledge, bogus hacking reports submitted to get enemies banned, etc. The ONLY way that would work is if the people on the "board" were forbidden to ever own a SGW account.

You think ETL/Omega is the subject of conspiracy debate now? Create a body of players where 80% of them are in CoP and prepare yourself for an outcry the likes of which have never been seen before.

Robin - why would you create such a thing? I think we all agree (or should at least) that the best thing to do is to pick only 1 player per alliance. So all team members should havo no allegiances with one another. There should also be a rule that the admin is only given reports that are supported by all team members. In addition the team convos should be recorded, so that if need be they could be checked. What do you think?

Robin: that group would have no authority, its main purpose would be to filter the mass of information flowing admins way. There IS hack, cheat, multy report on enemies now too. So what would change?

The cheater forum would remain as it is now, so it just would be a sum of the weak report. I think its needed because Jason doesnt have the time to read all reports, mails, and he not always aware of what happening.

And frankly as the situation getting worse and worse something needs to be done...

EDIT: Regarding Teal'auc's posts:

Jenny, u arent the type of ppl who run away from problems. U are the type who hit the problem in the face than dig its grawe and put some ground on it. So stay with us, and fight for the justice if u think there is something to be done. Im sure if enough ppl wants, something will happen.

There are multies, even in CoP and these are never going to be reported to admin or anyone else. If someone would report them it would be like running against the wall. They are honarable players and would never cheat.

If noone report those multies, nothing will happen. This team will only filter the reports. And im sure with at least 1 non CoP member, they wouldnt be able to filter the reports on CoP. Since it would be a team.

My point exactly as to why there should be only 1 team member per alliance. This would exactly prevent this.

Yes, if they would picked by a majority vote and then picked again by admin i think they would. I think that everyone is in a way fed up with the situation on hand and that none wants to have a team that benefits only 1 alliance... especially not admin as that would ruin the reputation of the game and make a lot of players leave.Buut its only my opinion ...

I know someone who would say she'd want to do that too, if she were capable of typing. :(
