Hmm this topic has made me want to steal some planets, I might actually buy some fleets again.

they are worth it as long as they have untouchable defenses and you pump the naq into upgrades for them

If you don't make more than the +3B/+12k UU in-game market costs, don't use your market turns for a planet
it is in my opinion that to move forward in the game you must keep well above the ingame market prices
my theory is more complicated, but I'm tired now

hahahaha!! I was about to throw something in along the lines of,
"Maybe its because your planets yield a measily 500 additional income per day and no one cares?"
