i am in total agreement with you. i know of only two sf supporters and they get the piss tore out of them everytime they open their mouths about politics.

@ Corran Horn: Bah, that very simplistic and highly insulting construction is what causes 'certain part' of the Irish population to feel a strong urge to beat your skull in. :) Hey well... what can one expect. Such simplicity and ignorance is what gets you when you cannot cling to logic and reason, and have to resort to filthy anti-Irish insinuations and other a-political simplicisms to ascertain your male presence is known... how very mature. And how very... intelligent. :)

@ Q Man: It's for people like your dad that SF works. Not for Saxophiliac defectors like the rest of the vocal presence here... so it's no more than mere logic that they'll react with violence, insults and low insinuations. They fear that when the Real Irish Republic is reborn, they will be the first to be kicked out. :) How much more wrong can you be...

@ Pat & Cor: A bloody shame, I say... your derailing activities have ruined a perfectly good thread. It's a shame.

so when this happens what 93.4% of the population is leaving? only 6.6 voted for SF. They people dont want them, other parties dont want them, they will not last forever.

and you derailed it with your nonsense about saxons and real republics. with supporters like you i can see why sf get no where.

Back to election.

Its over

FF got 78
FG 51
Lab 20
Greens 6
PDs 2
SF 4
Ind. 5

since the election is over i suppose this can be locked before we all start posting more abuse to each other about political views. the people spoke lets leave it at that. in the end they will always speak. whether you like it or not ff are in gov. everyone gets a chance in 5 years time, i myself am going to try run.

Kid, I'm not even Irish. I could theoretically care less for your internal politics, heck, you could eat your own hearts out and I wouldn't give a damn. Since there's no one to have an actual discussion concerning SF or any 'original' republican views, I fill in the gap.

But your ridiculous and pathetic insults are just too bloody ignorant to call. "With supporters like you ... bla bla bla"
1. I am no supporter of SF, I am giving my views on Irish politics.
2. "like me"? And how would the Great and Infallible Patrick judge the puny little scrub Jadzia? Hmm? Oh wait... the puny little scrub Jadzia cannot be judged... the Great and Infallible Patrick *AGAIN* forgot to inquire to the background of his victims of insults.
3. Derailed the thread, did I? Go bullsh1t someone else, mate. Your lack of ability to reason and logic properly is a slap in the face of anyone with half a brain or more.
4. You clearly didn't read... "It's for people like your dad that SF works. Not for Saxophiliac defectors like the rest of the vocal presence here..." People will see that there's a lot of good points in SF. *You* on the other hand, who isn't too low to use someone's source of income as a cash cow, are an insult to any living being that can be referred to as 'human'.

Again I say, it's a shame. But hey, have your fun... I know why SF hardly ever enters discussions... with sociopaths like you on the other side of the table, I'd walk out too. I wouldn't give a flying damn about home and country if I'd have to share it with stuff like you.

Oh, how well this has displayed standard Irish politics... SF starts discussion, other dudes come in, other dudes flame SF, SF is wisest and just leaves, other dudes sell out and destroy country. :)
I'll just leave this thread now, too... and leave you to your dreams of a glorious future. lol

Or you could just lock up and leave as well. ;) Good idea... this subject obviously causes you some distress. :-)

Congrats Fianna Fáil, btw.

Since this was a thread for Irish election I expected all the posters to be Irish, which you arent so let me guess your american? and if you are then like most americans ive met you havent a clue about whats really like here. so many of you go on and on about the great sinn fein and ira when only the lowest most uneducted support sinn fein.

sinn fein brought nothing to this country, they arent the great leaders that lead the rising, those people went on to found FF and FG so the sinn fein today has little to do with the glorious patriots.

as for "stuff like me" what do you mean? young, succesful , well educated and handsome irish men? hmm yeah guess we will have to deal with being left by ourselves.
