he/she does not need to have that many posts... he/she could have posted almost zero posts in the spam sections, then it would no longer be counted as few...

this isn't mindless posts, cause i want to know what kind of titles there are, and see if you can make your own, but now i find out you can't.
and i wanna know why, i'd say you should be able to after you get passed a cirtian count.

that would depend on who defines it, most of those possessing their own unique title would state theirs as bein best, or would state the title of whomever gave them their title as best...
