lol, that's a good one Smoosh, let me tell you something...Tok'Ra has never been a "moral revolutionary", he just drinks too much and is unable to control himself when he posts on the boards, hence his numerous bannings and suspensions in the past. He doesn't care about the community one bit, to tell the truth he doesn't even care if the staff are doing anything wrong, he's just a sad man with a drinking problem who has a serious attention seeking issue. Unfortunately there are plenty of people who get taken in by his posts and believe his propaganda, that's only because anyone in a position of power automatically attracts enemies and are perceived as an easy target.

Even if the mods were doing a perfect job he'd have done exactly what he was doing. In fact he should count himself lucky, a less lenient Admin would have deleted all his game accounts and IP banned him a LONG time ago.

The fact you have suggested he has anything in common with Mr.Mandela is quite honestly an insult to everything Mr.Mandela stands for. Far as i know Nelson Mandela doesn't get drunk and spam forums to get attention.

Since I made my first post today, I thought I would make another. I may be 'New' to the community (Only here less than 6 months) but would just like to share my point of view on this whole topic as I do not post much but do take the time to read almost every post on here, I have no allegience to the admins or to the those that do not like the admins.

There seems to be a divide on this forum, now most should expect that as I have been around for enough time (in life) to know that not everyone will be happy. This first of is a game, it is ment to played and enjoyed. If you do not enjoy it, then I would guess your time would be better spent looking for a game that you do enjoy. Also, this is a company just like many others, if you don't like the service, go somewhere else. Forum or who ever own's this company doesn't need to follow anyones advice, it may be good for him to do so at times, otherwise, it would get very empty here and ingame. It also does not state that since you 'donate' or 'buy' ingame goods, that you get a share in the game or it's decision making.

I guess to summarize my thoughts,

1). The Game Administration has full control (And will always have it)
2). Not everyone will be happy.
3). You should be able to voice your concerns. (But that's it, it's only a VOICE, if it falls on deaf ears, then you should move on, )
4). Lastly, It's a GAME, enjoy it. (It's also a war game, take your frustration out on some poor soul ingame).

I do not direct these comments to anyone, feel free to comment on any items here or PM me. They are merely my 2 cents and take what you wish from it.

i eliminated a forum account i saw as only demeaning the game, and the forums... and i saw this for WEEKS... finally i got annoyed enough to nix it...

it was me. only me.

i broke any and all the rules to do so.

i will/would do it again.

anyone who knows me, knows i do not do this often/without reason.

so -- forum or not --- i am your wildcard. make it your 'life' to insult/mess with/instigate/etc etc etc the population... with that as a sole purpose... say goodbyye if i see it as such....
