I suggest it because by experience of what I and few others non-stopply asked in game suggestion section to admin. It was to delete at that time those accounts having less than 2.5k army and generating LESS naq than a 100 army size fresh new account played actively!!! They had like 300k naq or less on the open, 2 monthes later, they didn't even reached the MILLION of naq!!!!
This thing satisfied and will again satisfy "purists" of ascension who were/are unhappy to see "everyone" ascending unlike when ascending was very hard. Beacuse less accounts=higher minimal rank to get G&R.

I was a heavy raider and may go back in raiding...but thats not the point the point of idea number I was to stop the click fest...I agree with them partially...
South park made an ep. where they were telling WoW is basically a game where ppl online the most win...well raiding unactive acounts helps in that aspect with SGW...

Active ones can't be raided by new players, read little part about what would happen

Active ones are less good farms, you need to go thru 60-600bil defences to get 200-800k uu, considering losses, not worth...
Unactive ones are easier to raid.
Unactive ones need to be raided.
Unactive ones are here to be raided!

@ tok'ras idea of inactives being theo nes to feed a market for AT
need to purge out the 30 000+ inactives out there right now.

We have over 65k players out of vac mode players, in that, like 15k is sorta active, 5k is sometimes, 30k is usefull accounts for new players and raiders, and like 15k must be unusefull for everyone (remember last clean up of server? We had like 5k if not more of crappy accounts with armies under 3k being deleted, and we should do it again for accounts under 3k army sizes not been logged for at least 2 monthes.)

I've a new solution:
We make a part in the market like the "bottom" one of chaos (chaos players will see which part I refer to). Like that, we don't have anymore to make threads for selling buying, we do it directly ingame! It's like brokers, but visible by everyone, withOUT name of seller mentionned. We could, as main is very much more played than chaos, make sub sections like a uu for ... market, naq for ... market and turns for ... market. Developing of a chaos feature. If any chaos player wishes to tell more about what is chaos market specific feature, on the "bottom" of the market page, that's welcome!

V. Spying enables you to see more then just stats: Here I would suggest there is 1/20 or a bit less chance that while you spy you see partial (again perhaps 10% of ppl direct shipments/brokers) Ppl would finally know who is supplying who in wars IF enough effort would be invested...
VI. Eleventh slot for Planets BUT... ( Yes new slot but here you can only keep a planet for day then its automatically abandoned if not retaken...wheres the need?....Some ppl have 10 slots they wish to be able to steal planets in war...but they would need to sacrifice their own...not really k...so generally for more open warfare...)
VII. UU mercs as reserves for attack defence mercs...( as explained in some thread under suggestions UU mercs would substitute or automatically be trained in attack/defence mercs untill it is filled to the end...however to prevent abuses only up to 2 mils or so UU mercs can be hold in an acount...why? well ppl could just buy mils of them and then their defences would fall very slow since there would always be mercs to back them up....
VIII. Spy action gains importance...( we would play more of a ascension way but not totally...)
Instead of todays 1/5th of opponents cover action to see ppls naq as armysize...we make it 1/2. That way stelth gains its meaning...now just about anyone can see just about anyone...also I would suggest that with raising one level spy you gain 2 times more action and not 1,44x as now...(covert power needs to be adjusted for this as well so numbers dont get too high...) AC can follow this ofcousre...or not...
IX. Converting Lifers to UUs/miners (Some function that can basically convert Lifers to UUs or miners I would recomend a price of 200 bils per 1 mils Lifers conversion or a bit higher)

Giovanni - the game has became all about raiding - and it should never have got that way.
Besides - I don't really see how these suggestions would mean there was nothing to raid.....? Care to elaborate?

I think what Giovanni meant was that he won't raid active players as it costs too much. Or something along those lines.
I for one would love it.. you'd have a true challenge. I can really see the way the game would become if those changes Ian (Blue One = Ian/Yane yes?) proposes came in.

A true challenge indeed.
Good ideas here. Can't wait to see what happens with them!

Too drastical updates please less than bunch little and medium ones (when they are good)...at least me
I would also suggest you don't loose allianc, commander and officers when you ascend (if not already here) same as when commander changes alliance you keep yours.
I also would suggest autobanking option
