Semper I can't say I know you well but some times you tend to not handle things well, especially when tok`ra was around. Even when tok`ra was making a good suggestion you refused to show him any respect.

I don't think your a horrible person or anything but I don't think your the right person for this position.

I don't appreciate the negative adverstising u did against me.
So what if I'm selling my account? You don't need an account to be an ombudsman, you need a forum account and MSN, which as I stated previously, I will still be on those very much. And again like I've stated previously, it's doubtfull someone can afford my account, so I'll probably not be able to sell.

You said to kick someones's ass. The natural implication of that around here is to do it ingame. Further more, I dont see why you would have to kick someone backside, rather then shove a point up it, as Ombudsman.

Negative advertising? I did nothing of the sort, just stated facts available to the entire forum through the many and varied topics you and those associated with you quite generously post around. For all you know that could of helped you more because im backing you up, stating that your selling your account and so are unable to be blackmailed in-game. So dont presume so much. Anyway, you began with the competition and the making of the points, I merely continued.

But if you wanted to use black tactics on myself, I will ask you a question.

How long is a while for you? We need a Ombudsman who can dedicate time to this position. This is not a part time job that you can play around with for a while, then quit

Watch out there... that's nearly so black I cant see... lol. Three years..a year.. lol. Easily longer then Mystakes reign anyway. I dont need to dedicate time to the position anyway. I get a job done quickly and properly when it has to be done, making it efficient for me and for the entire forum.

(though as my customers for sigs will know, that has no application to photoshop! )

I don't see how you would think I mass people when I kick their ass? Kicking ass can be in a variety of ways, such as kicking the ass of mods that abuse power, slapping spammers around, or doing some creative things.

Furthermore even if I still have my account and noone buys it (which is likely due to the price), I will not kick ass main/ascended accounts around due to forum issues. If someone personally insults me sure I will, but thats not an ombudsman job, that's just a warmonger job.

I will also solve problems as fast as possible, but since you don't have much time, what would you do if it was a serious issue that you couldn't just press a button to fix? Would you simply abandon it due to your lack of time?

Are u trying to say I asked people to post for me? No I did not, they are simply regulars of the forums who believe I would do a good job.
However it is funny how most of the people who nominated you have less than 100 posts and are relatively new to the forums...

As an ombudsman you must respect everyone equally. You are the enforcer, you can't be picking favorites. While you can not respect someone in roleplaying or ingame or on your regular forum account, as ombusman you MUST hear everyones side of the story and be FAIR.

Your not there to give people respect, your not there to slap people about. Your there to investigate the problems, and your there to mediate between the forum users and the admins/mods, which just requires you to deliver a point. No ass kicking, no respect needed. Just communication skill's, persuasion skills, and then a little smile to get a job done and make everyone happy. Although maybe our ideas of respect are..different.

Yeah you must listen to them, and since u just direspect/ignore people you don't like, so how can you give them a fair trial?

I will respect everyone equally, every voice will be equal. I will not prejudge or be unfair. My rulings will be fair, correct, swift, and I will make sure that if the mods are in the wrong they will get a good slap, as will I make sure that if the member is the wrong, he will get an equal slap

oh i'd listen to their ideas...dosent mean I have to respect them. Example:

Person A comes up with an Idea, Semper respects person A. Person A gives Semper the idea/complaint. Semper says, "thanks will look into it. Get's job done."

Person B comes up with idea/complaint. Semper dosent respect person B. Person B gives Semper idea/complaint. Semper says "I'll look into it."

That is the extent as to how far my modding/Ombudsman/admin attitude for no-respect goes.

I can do effective stuff without showing respect to people I do it all the time. I have no respect for you Eros, purely because I dont know you man. I have read your exploits over the years, but I need to know someones personal character a little more before they gain my respect. Im not exactly tearing you a complete new one here am I? Im replying to all your post's, i am being a little...well..me in my replies, but thats because this isnt exactly formal is it old chum. How I post is also part of my character, and what makes me me, I am arrogant, but im not stupid and know when things are right and wrong and there has only been one exception on the forums...


Tok'ra. He is a completely different issue all together, I treat no one else on the forums like I treat him, and even he would be treated different should I be Ombudsman.

lol. I'll say nothing more, you have all seen me make points, destroy arguments time and time again to prove a point and reach an end. Yeah I insult, but I always get the point across, and I know a lot of the mods and smoosh well enough that peaceful and less complicated things can be done and they all know MSN and the SGW forums are two different places.

Good luck to everyone else, looking at the candidates they are all solid choices for different reasons no matter what happens, so I think the forum has its 'arse' covered anyway it goes!

Why are you being like that about it? Its the truth. Mystake argued with one of the key mods, and unless im mistaken and please do correct me if i am wrong. He did nothing at all except argue!

I speak my mind, but i've never seen anyone back down from talking to me. I m not nice. I have never hid that fact, all the poeple that have come into this thread and nominated me, know what I am capable of, they have seen me post time and time again. Lol..your pointing out things Eros that EVERYONE knows and see's me do all the time. But your repeatedly doing it, for a reason beyond me..lol. I dont see yourself or Mystake, or even jack showing every person in the forum respect? lol. Where is the line drawn on how much respect you are meant to show before its socially excepted? Just in front of you?
