since when did building a 32 T + defenses with a quite decent amount of spies to go with it, just for a single war, count as sniping? When was this decided? I was unaware of this change to the meaning of the term 'sniping'

i was saving to give you a def again, but i saw melian, and no one was online sooooo it was my job to take it.
