any nap i've seen if they are not tagged with the allience name, even if they have their main name as the name, which by my understanding he didn't have either, then they can be hit because you cant expect them to god quest each and every person they are going to hit to make sure they aren't in an "nap'd" alliance. if brothers didn't want to be hit he should have been tagged FS on ascended

It wasnt a simple naq hit so i believe, if your doing anything more than farm you should god quest.

Solutio to future problems between napped alliances, NO TAG OR ALLIANCE IN MAIN = NO NAP..This is not rocket science, its standard protocol since the beginning of naps, TAG OR ALLIANCE IN MAIN = NAP.
