Think of the glory fighting a worth enemy.
The Asgard hide behind the treaties.
The Replicaters feel no pain.
The Tauri still could never compete with us...
A proper battle between We, the System Lords, and they, The Tok'ra.

The same could be said about the tok'ra just replace the "Alteran" for System Lord and "Asgard" for Replicator.
