i guess the reason you lot claim to be awesome at ascended is because you dont actually have to do anything to grow ...

so mass however much you want hell ill train up each week if you want , because i know i can just log of and not pay much attention to it and be back at strength in no time with no effort

and that's possibly because your nap'd or have DRA to all those alliances that your scared of? and can only random mass/war smaller or peaceful alliances mmmm you guys are awesome!
