if you believe you are so powerful, goa'uld... jump into chaos, and fight there... there are no true advantages for any race there at this point...
you can fight as goa'uld, tok'ra, tau'ri, unas, ori or wraith there...

if you get the goa'uld to great power there, you can back up you claims with facts... but if the goa'uld are laid low (as we suppose they will be), then you will prove the falsehood of your claims...

divinus! = divine, sacred.

adding those together, gives something like
"silence goa'uld! speak only when you no longer to consider yours divine"
we'd guess the last is intended to be "no longer consider yourself divine"

with enough use of online translators, things can get easy...

for the most part, we keep ourselves to dead languages... old norse, old english, latin... and of course the occasional peek into the languages fictional...

when we translated the above, we used a dictionary rather than the regular phrase translator thingies...
