it could be naruto, he has been known to use scrolls before now

The scroll is too big to be something Naruto would use. That scroll is likely the same size as the one Jiraiya had.

I saw the photo, there is one thing I think is going to happen. They are going to summon somebody like .. Naruto as in the last page of the manga I read, it said "Naruto returns!"

Yes it was! Bunta & the other 2 giant toads really laid own the law on those Pein Summons.
And Kakashi is confirmed dead it seems...
