I've spent rather a fair amount of time on MSN just idling waiting to speak to someone and no one has shown themselves to me.
How can you have a war with no talk on the diplomatic side of things?

As one of the founding members of AG and the fact that there is now nobody else, I will use what tiny authority I have to negate your surrender

Hey Ryu...I was planning on switching to fiber optics but wasn't sure if the cost would make anything spectacular especially for gaming. Judging by your comment I'm assuming it's worth it.
