If you make exceptions for some topics and some people, then please just change the description of SGW General to something along the lines of "all general ingame discussion and some random stuff the mostly christian mod staff would like to see here".

If you're trying to make the forums a better place, then you should start by treating people equally.

FSMism is also something happy and yet it was not allowed in SGW General even though the topic was actually ingame related as I was asking all pastafarians to unite in game...

Smells like discrimination to me... again...

This thread isn't religious, it's asking people what they did over their easter. Many, many religions celebrate easter, it existed long before christianity and these days it's even a secular event with shopping sales and parades and all sorts of things. Neither I, nor the threads creator are at all religious. If you attended a pastafarian event over the weekend please feel free to tell us about it. I know personally I'd love to hear about it.

But please, you all know what spam is and I won't let it be in this thread. Any further issues / complaints should be PMed to me and not posted.

I could see myself eating a few hard boiled eggs... Its probably healthier for you than all the chocolate anyway.

I dunno, eggs have epic cholesterol ;)

yeah, true... I don't need to worry about that just yet though.

I'm gonna need a treadmill after this weekend.

Actually, the body produces its own cholesterol, so eating it isn't much of a concern. The concern is when a lot of it gets in the blood, and it only gets in the blood with high levels of LDL, which are affected by the consumption of saturated fats.

So what you're trying to say is that I can eat the remaining 45 small solid chocolate eggs and not fear turning into a baby hippopotamus? :o

lol

What I'm saying is that the problem isn't the cholesterol. The sugar, however...

When the blood is overwhelmed with sugar, a short "high" is experienced, followed by a quick panick release of insulin. The body doesn't know what to do with the surplus blood sugar, so it transforms most or all of it into fat storage. The result is low blood sugar, setting off the "I'm hungry" signal, thereby encouraging the repetition of such a barbaric practice. :P

hmmm this year was my first "sober" easter....

I m told that it has some remote conections to the religion, luckily i manage to avoid it, and harness its best part, loads of food.

sadly as it was my first sober easter i actualy got up early enough to help with the preparing of the stuf... among other things like (potica - google it up i fail to find a translation) ham usualy half cooked half baked in bread "surrounding", and other jummy crap i dun know by name but tastes well and fills your belly up.... we slovs also like to paint the "eggs"
I trust most ya fellas do it too, but theres something specail about us..

See we use the same word "egg" for both chicken eggs youre suppose to colour (if they explained it to me) and testicles.... (grats you guys solved the issue much better by introducing the word balls ... thoug some issues can be found in frazes such as throw me the ball..)

Needless to continue describing what happend next with my helping of the "expecting" of easter... i got one green and one red, colour should wear off eventualy, if i shower, or so they say.... and the upside of the story is that my ex has no need to use birthconrol for a while.. seeing how the watter was extremly hot.

hope yours was less colorfull and and more helpfull with the food preparing jobs :)
