Well we dont know. SG1 changed past, it became same again...and nobody seen Apophis die in 5x01 unlike in the alternate reality of the movie.

What Apophis said to Baal...and rofl Baal death lasted longer than his full reign (without any standing enemy alive) in the movie indeed. Talk of foreseeing things!

Good point, all I know is today, I was massing some snakes, one had the balls to attack but epic failure as I defended the attack, with no def weapons
