He's reserved for EPA
I think it's a right pain in the butt sometimes when there's small guy setting your alliance to peace every 5 seconds but it has it's merrits. I only look at who I have set to peace and who our alliance has set to peace. Don't really bother about what they have set to me unless I know that person.
