And report all you want, these are private forums, not public. No information was used improperly, nor disclosed.

no site in no right cannot look into once personal info unless needed in a importance sux as somone sexualy harassing one yea u can get ip um and alot of other things i know who i am you illegaly got private info and lied about it as well im not reporting it to anyone affilating / a member of the site i am reporting it to the company who makes the sit a site.

information was retreived WITHOUT MY permision umm soo yea geuss what i hope lord here has a lawyer it illegale to obtain ones ip unless it is completly nessecary which it was not.

And illegal behaviour (as stipulated in EULA/Private Forum Rules) is grounds for an investigation of 'personal data', contrary to what you so eloquently claimed.

Are you slow, you gave them permission when you made your account. They help run the forum for the owner's it's their job to know your ip.

IP addresses are provided to admin in the ACP of the forum for sepcific purposes of controlling access by current and prospective users. there's nothing illegal there.

you're just taking taking away the sweetness from the grapes.

take a look at the bottom of this page. also have you ever owned a forum probly not as having a forum you must fallow rules just like everyone else i know those rules and well one rule was broken which was obtaining private info without permision or for a important cause. so therefor it is illegale ive alrdy asked about it just not to long ago.

AND YOU HAVE TO GIVE SOMEONE PERMISION TO LOOK UP THE IP get that str8 on any forum one must ask if they can gather that information they can only look at it without permision if a criminal act is commited which isnt the case i own a forum so yea i know the rules.

i run a forum for my own alliance in PHBB (same as SGW) so i know that I can see the IP addresses anytime i wanted to as admin here can also see IP anytime they want to. They don;t have to do any damned thing to look at the IP. you're accusation that you're right to privacy has been violated is erroneous. aside from you and your internet provider, any website you visit records your IP address and can be retrieved anytime the site owner or admin so desires. in this case, checking IP for duplicate accounts is definitely legal.

and anyone who threatens me about sitting on me untill i delete will be reported for fruad which a question i had asked one cannot make such threat to a player that forces them to remove there account CONSIDERed fraud. or aka phsycological harassment hmmm not smart with me being disabled btw go look up the good ole thing about a girl who killed herself from harssment such as you are and find out that $500 fine and 3 months jail isnt worth it.
