Carelessness on that level is gross negligence. Then again, there's also the possibility that it was intentional. Either way, I can see why some people may find it hard to trust companies who've been charged with producing the H1N1 vaccine.

I would argue that the tremendous success of vaccine treatments far out ways that of its failures. And that statistically you more likely to die by a car accident. Then of side effects from vaccine treatment
but that doesn't stop people from driving recklessly or without their seat belts ; which increase their chances of a fatal crash by about 800%
So all this anti vaccine crap is not based upon any practical understanding of anything. Just retarded paranoia like terrorists attacking bum **Filtered** texas, Or carting that gun around where ever ago in case some crack head you never met, decides to stab you.
Sure it could happen but if your going to base all or decision making with that sort of extreme pessimistic reasoning you might as well lock yourself in your home with padded walls, and plastic spoons.
